Cancellation Policy
While we hope you will be able to honor your reservation and camp with us, we understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel, please contact us during office hours – 9 am to 6 pm. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations by email.

Monthly Stays
- Deposit is one month lot rent.
- We reserve the right to request a background check for everyone staying 6 months or more.
- More than four (4) weeks (28 days or more)prior to the arrival date, a 50% refund of the deposit or total prepayment (one-month deposit) will be issued.
- Less Than Four (4) Weeks’ Notice (27 days or less) prior to arrival date, no refund will be issued, and the full prepayment is forfeited.
Short-Term Stays
- 50% deposit required, and the entire deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled.
Cancellation Policy
- Four (4) Weeks’ Notice or More: If you cancel your reservation at least four (4) weeks (28 days or more) prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of your total prepayment.
- Less Than Four (4) Weeks’ Notice: If you cancel your reservation with less than four (4) weeks’ notice (27 days or fewer) prior to your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued, and the full prepayment is forfeited.
