Cancellation Policy
While we hope you will be able to honor your reservation and camp with us, we understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel, please contact us during office hours – 9 am to 6 pm. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations by email.

Monthly Stays
Deposit is one month lot rent.
We reserve the right to request a background check for everyone staying 6 months or more.
No refund of deposit if cancelled less than four (4) weeks prior to arrival date.
If more than four (4) weeks prior to arrival date, it’s a 25% of deposit (one month deposit).
Short-Term Stays
- 50% deposit required and will lose entire deposit if reservation is cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
- Four (4) Weeks’ Notice or More: If you cancel your reservation at least four (4) weeks (28 days or more) prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of your total prepayment.
- Less Than Four (4) Weeks’ Notice: If you cancel your reservation with less than four (4) weeks’ notice (27 days or fewer) prior to your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued, and the full prepayment is forfeited.
